*Fee must be included with application. Post-dated checks will not be accepted.  Partial payment will not be allowed to hold the space - you must submit payment in full.  If you choose to pay online, please note this on your mailed application so we can match your information to the payment information received.

Sales Tax Permit

The state of Rhode Island requires that every artist has a Temporary or Annual Retail Sales Permit.  Please provide a copy of your Retail Sales Permit ID number.  If you do not have one, a temporary ID can be purchased through the Department of Taxation:  

Notifications:

After the October 1st final application date, you will receive an email with your numbered location.  All space locations are final.  No previous locations are guaranteed as the park has been remodeled and the festival has evolved.  All spaces are chosen according to applications received - this is to ensure that duplicate product are not located near one another.

Vendor Set-up:

Thursday, October 10:   2PM - 7PM
Friday, October 11:   9 AM to 9PM
Saturday, October 12:  7AM to 9AM - No vehicles allowed in park after 9AM.


Festival Hours - Open to Public:

Saturday, October, 12:    10AM to 10PM
Sunday, October 13:   10AM to 10PM
Monday, October 14:    10AM to 6PM - Vendor breakdown - no vehicles allowed in the park before 7PM.
