Artisan Vendor Application

Please add any of your information for social media so we can promote your business during the festival.

Policies

1. All applications must be filled out completely with required documentation included and payment received in order to be assigned a festival space/location. Spaces will not be held without full payment.

2. There is a no exclusive vendor policy that will be enforced. Food and beverage, political merchandise, balloons, toy weapons, noise makers or items that are deemed a public nuisance will not be allowed. Autumnfest reserves the right to prohibit certain items as necessary.

3. All vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned locations clean and safe.

4. There is no parking on festival grounds. No vehicle access is allowed in the park one hour before the festival opens through one hour after the festival closes for the weekend. There are no exceptions to this rule.

5. Displays must be tasteful and appropriate for a family orientated festival.

6. There is a no refund policy which includes all deposits and fees.

7. Autumnfest reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without refund for non-compliance with these rules.

By signing this agreement and upon its acceptance by Autumnfest, I acknowledge that I have read and accept the festival rules. I assume full responsibility for any property I bring on the premises and will not hold Autumnfest or anyone affiliated with this event responsible for damage, personal injury or theft that may occur during the event. A copy of this contract shall serve as legally valid as the original. Autumnfest will not share personal information.
